Welcome to Sparkle Meadow!

This is no ordinary meadow. The flowers here do something special.

They giggle!

Shimmer is a tiny sprite who lives here. She has sparkly wings and silver hair.

One sunny morning, she heard something new:

“Tee-hee! Tee-hee!“

“Ha-ha! Ha-ha!“

The sounds came from some pink flowers.

Shimmer flew closer to look.

“Why are you laughing?” she asked a tall flower.

“Tee-hee!” said the flower. “Because everything is so happy!”

Little sparkles danced in the air.

All the flowers shook with joy.

Shimmer watched with big eyes, full of wonder.

Just then, a beautiful butterfly flew by.

Her wings looked like rainbows!

“Hello! I am Prism,” the butterfly said.

“Why do all the flowers laugh?” asked Shimmer.

Prism flew in a sparkly circle.

“The flowers laugh because they hear happy thoughts!”

“Really?” Shimmer’s eyes grew wide.

“Think of something that makes you happy,” said Prism.

Shimmer thought about ice cream and puppies.

“Tee-hee! Ha-ha!” The flowers began to giggle again!

“Now you try making them laugh,” Prism said.

Shimmer danced and told silly jokes.

“What does a flower wear to bed? Pa-JAMMIES!”

“Ha-ha-ha!” All the flowers laughed even louder.

Their giggles made the prettiest music ever!

Soon, other meadow friends came to see.

Little bunnies hopped closer.

Tiny ladybugs landed on petals.

Small birds flew down to listen.

“Let’s make a giggle song!” said Shimmer.

The flowers started soft: “tee-hee, tee-hee.”

Then louder: “ha-ha, HA-HA!”

The bunnies thumped their feet to the beat.

The birds whistled along with the tune.

The ladybugs danced on the sparkling petals.

It was the most magical music ever!

Now every day in Sparkle Meadow is full of giggles.

And Shimmer has learned something special.

The best magic comes from making others happy!
